Begin your cultural journey with a convenient pickup at Sai Gon port and head straight into the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s vibrant Chinatown. Your first stop is the Lady Thien Hau Temple, one of the oldest and most revered temples in the city. Dedicated to the sea goddess Thien Hau, also known as Tianhou or Mazu, this temple is a masterpiece of traditional Chinese architecture. Adorned with intricate carvings, smoky incense coils, and colorful porcelain figures, it’s a place where spirituality and artistry blend seamlessly. Here, you’ll learn the fascinating legend of Lady Thien Hau, a young Fujianese girl who became a goddess after saving her family from a storm through her divine powers. After exploring the temple, hop aboard a cyclo and enjoy a leisurely ride through the bustling streets of Chinatown. Absorb the lively atmosphere as you pass by ancient shophouses, herbal medicine stores, and vibrant stalls offering everything from silk garments to exotic spices, reflecting the deep-rooted Chinese heritage of the area.

Food tour with Saigon Adventure was simply amazing! Our guides Quoc Khang (Finn) and his friend (Quang Nhan) were experts, not only in Vietnamese cuisine, but also very knowledgeable about Vietnam. They took us to local restaurants, ordered Vietnamese specialties and explained how to eat and enjoy the food. Also, they gave us tips to get around the country and recommendations of places and cafes in different cities. Both tour guides were very nice and kind, they were well-prepared for the rainy weather or any unpredictable setback. We’re truly happy with the tour and we would recommend it to anyone how wants to try the best Vietnamese food and get to know more about its history and culture!

6 star! Helen and her team were amazing on this food tour in Ho Chi Minh City. They took us to some real hidden gems and gave lots of background information. The food was incredible and I'm so glad I tried a taste of real Vietnamese food! They are also very focused on your safety and this made us very comfortable on the busy streets! If youre looking for a fun night out exploring Ho Chi Minh city like a local, I highly recomment this tour 👍🏻🥰

Hannah was really kind and patient and she took me to the best local spots. Not just the regular food like pho and banh mi but she took me to places where locals love to eat. She took care of me the entire trip. No dead air too! She spoke fluent english. Whatever I asked, she answered. Definitely one of the best traveling experience. Thank you to Hannah and Saigon adventure! Top notch customer service 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an unforgettable experience on this food tour in Ho Chi Minh City! Jane was an amazing guide – cheerful, caring, and full of positive energy. I was joined by my pregnant wife, and Jane was incredibly thoughtful, adjusting the pace of the tour and always making sure my wife felt comfortable and safe. We truly appreciated her kindness and attention. Every food stop was delicious and authentic, and Jane shared fascinating stories about the local culture and daily life. Riding through the city with her was both fun and safe — a perfect mix of adventure and comfort. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the real Saigon through its food, its people, and the wonderful company of a guide like Jane. Thank you so much, Jane, for this beautiful memory! 🇻🇳🌸

I had such a wonderful experience on today’s motorbike tour! The food was absolutely delicious and I loved every stop we made. The girl ( happy ) who picked me up happy was super punctual and I really enjoyed our conversation on the way. The guide ( Leon )was also very friendly and fun. I liked that the group was small, which made everything feel more personal. By the end of the tour, I had a full belly and a happy heart. 💛 I honestly have no complaints or suggestions for improvement—the experience was simply excellent, and I would gladly do it again!

We hadden Pau als Privegids. Dit was heel leerzaam en bijzondere plekjes gezien

It’s just a really AWFUL tour Who wants to be on a pedicab for almost 2 hours , going thru the nasty areas and full of pollution and everyone trying to steal your cellphone and almost dying from getting hit be dozens and dozens of cars The driver of the pedicab was sick and coughing on me the entire time , directly behind me for almost 2 hours. I had his face in my lap the entire time. The WORST tour I ever had in my lifetime

Chinatown was not what I expected. Pedicab ride was fun but drivers very aggressive about tip telling us how much we should tip them. our Guide Bao is knowledgeable about the City.

Wonderful day lots of great photos friendly guide
